Terms of Service
These terms describe how DG Autohaus LLC reviews, accepts, performs, and documents website use and requested automotive electronic module services.
Service Requests and Proposal Estimates
Submitting a repair request is an inquiry, not a service authorization. Service begins with a compatibility and diagnostic review. When applicable, DG Autohaus LLC sends a written proposal with estimated pricing, and no chargeable repair work begins until the customer approves that proposal.
Customer Authorization and Information Accuracy
By requesting service, the customer confirms they are authorized to request work for the vehicle and module provided, and that submitted information is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Proof of ownership and customer identification may be required for key, immobilizer, all-keys-lost, VIN-related, and other security-sensitive services. DG Autohaus LLC may refuse service if authorization, module origin, or intended use cannot be reasonably verified.
Diagnostic and Module Charges
Diagnostic evaluation may involve a fee, which is disclosed in the proposal. Quoted services, timing, and procedures may change when module inspection identifies additional issues, unsupported combinations, or condition-related constraints. Not every module is recoverable; technical outcomes depend on hardware integrity, software state, data condition, and communication access.
Shipping and Customer-Supplied Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate return-shipping information and for packaging items appropriately for shipment. Customer-supplied replacement modules are evaluated for compatibility and condition, but acceptance of a module for inspection does not guarantee a successful outcome. Vehicle-side programming, coding, synchronization, adaptation, calibration, or additional diagnosis may still be required after module return.
Payment and Taxes
Customer is responsible for approved service charges, applicable taxes, and required return-shipping costs as described in the proposal. Payment methods and any applicable payment-processor terms are communicated during the service process.
Repair Limitations
Previously opened, modified, damaged, corroded, water-damaged, or electrically compromised modules may have limited or no recoverable service path. Repair limitations specific to a given module or vehicle are documented in the proposal for that repair.
Electronic Communications
By submitting a repair request, the customer agrees to receive electronic communications from DG Autohaus LLC by email regarding that request, including proposals, status updates, and approval requests. Email communications are separate from, and do not require, SMS opt-in.
SMS Terms
Program name: DG Autohaus LLC Service Updates. SMS opt-in is optional, separate from Terms and Privacy acceptance, and is never required to submit a repair request or receive service. Messages are transactional only (for example proposal links, approval requests, appointment information, repair-status updates, and pickup or shipping notifications) and are never used for marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Supported wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Prohibited Use
You may not use this website or submit a repair request to attempt fraud, misrepresent authorization or vehicle/module ownership, upload unlawful or malicious content, or interfere with the operation or security of this website.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis appropriate for a small automotive electronics service business. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DG Autohaus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service requests, module condition, prior modifications, installation errors, shipping carrier delays, or unrelated vehicle faults.
